Q: This is my first appointment, what should I have available?
A: The provider will ask you what medication allergies you have. Please remember your past medical history and any surgeries that you had. Please know the name and the DOSE of each medication you are taking on daily basis.
Please know your preffered pharmacy address and/or phone number so we can send the prescription to the right pharmacy.
Please have a credit/debit card or Zelle available.
Q: Does my Health Insurance cover payment of costs?
A: No, not yet; we are working close with the insurance companies to be able to accept insurances in the near future. The price is $80 per visit per person cash only no insurance needed.
Q: How shall I prepare for my Telehealth visit?
A: Have a smart phone, laptop, tablet or PC with camera.
